Help us oversee and manage the operational, running SAP landscape in TSN and TSUK? Spread around SAP instances in multiple geographies like NL (Ijmuiden), NL (Tubes), NL (SAB Profiel), Germany (Hille & Müller), France (Maubeuge), Switzerland (Montana), Distribution service centers in Finland, Sweden, Netherlands, Germany, France and Spain, and the UK (Central SAP, SCT), Shotton Colors, Tubes in Corby and Central HR in the UK.

What's your job?

Together with your colleague Service Managers you will further improve and professionalize our IT service delivery for all SAP systems and users.
You will be managing and improving the service provisioning and quality within multiple vendor contracts aiming to keep all our users satisfied and our estate secure and safe. You will join a team, contributing to achieving a high level of customer satisfaction and security.

Continue reading if you are seeking a position in which you will be in contact with both internal stakeholders as well as multiple vendors, with the aim to deliver and improve our promised IT services. In this position you will:

  • Work in the Applications Maintenance and Support Team, as part of the TSN IT Operations department.
  • Work in a team of Application Service Managers, within our AMS tower.
  • You will manage and evaluate external vendors on providing the contracted services according to processes, policies, security and quality guidelines
  • You will set priorities, challenge provided solutions, secure quality standards and drive continuous improvement for the provided services.
  • Ensure all KPIs are met for all services being provided by our external vendors.
  • Lead transformation initiatives to optimise our SAP landscape and increase our security and manage our Vendors for all the required transformation deliverables.

Is this you?

You are curious, punctual, social and well organised and you want to join a service minded team of professionals. You are an experienced Service Manager having worked in a complex international organisation managing multiple vendors and internal stakeholders. Furthermore you have:

  • A Bachelor degree, preferably in IT or Business Administration
  • Sound experience in managing SLAs or Vendors
  • Knowledge of or interest in ITIL processes
  • The ability to speak and write at least basic Dutch, fluency in English is required

What do we offer?

  • One-year contract with the possibility to permanent.
  • A salary that depends on your education and experience up to €8204,50 gross per month.
  • Very interesting secondary terms such as a variable profit sharing and a fixed end-of-year bonus of 2% and 8% holiday allowance.
  • minimum of 25 vacation days and 11.5 days ADV.

With all our current systems and applications running all over TS landscape, we need a lot of connections and interfacing. Also all the connections with the outside world like customers via EDI are part of this scope.
Our application integration landscape includes API’s, ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) via Appworks, EDI (Opentext), NL Hub and UK Hub.
